- Staples Plaza Center - 1099 Old Country Road, Riverhead NY â?? A 110,000 SF shopping center anchored by Homegoods, Staples, and West Marine. Since our purchase we repositioned the center and have achieved 100% occupancy with credit tenants.
- South Brunswick Square Mall - 4095 Us Highway 1, Monmouth Junction, NJ. This 261,000 SF power center includes tenants such as the Home Depot, Stop and Shop, Bobâ??s Furniture, and Dollar Tree, among others.
- 825 Northern Blvd, Great Neck, NY â?? A 33,000 SF medical office building leased to North Shore LIJ Health Systems. This property is home to North Shore Hospitalâ??s various medical departments of orthopedic, plastic surgery, OB-GYN, and physical therapy.
Investment Strategies:
